Term and Conditions – all sales are cash unless specified.  Terms are from each ranch in sale, please contact for details.

Warranties – each ranch participating in sale has their own guarantees and warranties.  Please contact selling ranch for details.

Transportation – The Buyer, at Buyer’s own expense, shall transport the alpaca(s) from the sale.  Any arrangements made for the alpaca(s) after purchase, other that immediate removal, must be made directly between Buyer and Transporter or Seller.  Buyer is responsible for all medical bills.  No alpaca(s) may remain at the Lazy K Ranch, LLC after June 8, 2008.  If Buyer needs agistment with Seller, arrangements can be made for alpaca(s) to be transported and boarded at Sellers farm.

Important Notices
1. Unless otherwise specified, there is no implied warranty or guarantee of any kind to soundness or other quality of any alpaca sold in the sale.  Prospective bidders are cautioned that warranties on alpacas purchased are only as stated from the Seller.
2.  Breeding dates and due dates are recorded as performed and given for your information only and are not guaranteed.
3.  After the Buyer has been acknowledged as the purchaser, all veterinary expenses incurred will be the responsibility of the Buyer.

Except as expressly stated herein, Lazy K Ranch, LLC, and all Sellers make no warranty of merchantability and no warranty of fitness for any particular purpose, nor does Lazy K Ranch, LLC and Seller’s make any warranty express or implied of any nature whatsoever with respect to the animals in this sale.

Buyers are urged to examine alpacas carefully and ask for Seller’s warrantees, terms and conditions.
